Grants the ability to set the Windows Taskbars to any opacity and colour desired. This will affect the Taskbars on every monitor/desktop, not only the primary.
Version 1.0.2 is the second release (after the initial one) and saves no settings because the dev forgot about it. The latest version 1.0.8 saves settings in options.xml at %MyDocuments%.
To make taskbar transparent choose ACCENT_INVALID_STATE from the drop down menu, click start and let it run in the backround
