Allow.exe is to be placed wherever the Shark007Codecs folder is going to be extracted to.
After executing Allow.exe, you can extract the main folder there and use the codecs without any Windows Defender issues.
Allow.exe places an exception into Windows Defender to ignore the extracted Shark007Codecs directory.
When the Codecs are uninstalled/removed using the button on the Help tab, this Windows Defender exception is also removed.
