Q-Jot https://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=329
As of this writing (Oct 28, 2024), Q-Jot seems to be an "Oldware", that cannot run on Windows 10.
Out of curiosity, I uni-extracted QJot.exe ... And the files that can be extracted have the time stamp 6/19/1992.
I tried : https://helpdeskgeek.com/help-desk/how- ... n-windows/ to no avail !
Too bad, because Q-jot was supposed to have the capability to sort .... "something" (that obviously I could not test) according to the screenshots on the Softpedia website:
