Topic update: White Tiger's T-Clock Redux v2.4.4 release candidate from 2018-01-28 is the latest release of this utility (changes and downloads at https://github.com/White-Tiger/T-Clock/releases).

While T-Clock is still available with an impressive feature array (e.g., it supports supports Unicode, Windows XP [with additional calendar!] through 10, ISO-8601 date formats, and font customization; it's natively portable as well, via 'T-Clock.ini' placed in program folder), I never really got around to update this topic since I originally posted it seven years ago -- up until I needed to change the clock display in my Windows Taskbar...

This will require further research and, IMHO, the dedicated topic at Donation Coder might be the best place to start:

As T-Clock itself it's a software fork of a fork of a fork (e.g., see first screenshot below; T-Clock has in fact been forked to infinity, as White Tiger's version alone has been forked 169 times on Github) I can't be sure this is the more up to date version -- but, at least, it's the most well known.
[T-Clock Redux is a] Highly configurable Windows taskbar clock.
