Limitations:
the author is chinese: so it has included in his forks only these language:
Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, English, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Ukranian.
How to update:
1. download AkelPad Portable v4.9.9 from PortableApps https://portableapps.com/apps/developme ... d_portable
2. install AkelPad Portable (this installer contains all languages)
3. download from ssrlive's website zip packages for v.4.9.15: x32 and x64
4. unzip these packages in correspondant folders of installed AkelPad Portable: x32 to '\App\AkelPad' and x64 to '\App\AkelPad64'.
5. launch 'AkelPadPortable.exe'
6. done
