The app doesn't require installation, upon first run it add zfranz.exe to "AppData\Local\Temp\pkz" where it also creates a text file of the archive you're unpacking (similar to a dir listing).
It leaves these files there after you close the program. I didn't see any registry changes.
It can be use to both create, update and extract ZPAQ archives so in that sense it could be added to "Portable Freeware Submission" as it isn't a CLI (it just calls the CLI it places in the temp folder). Should be an easy fix for the dev. to remove the pkz folder upon closing the App.
