Note: installation instructions are for the portable version with Java environment included, independent of PortableApps platform (credit to vladimir-from-adizes from Github). FreeplanePortable-1.12.8.paf.exe works fine with PA.c platform if you edit the launcher file FreeplanePortable.ini to point to the correct jPortable installation folder.
