Portable Freeware Submission • Re: Image Uploader

If anyone speaks Russian and understands how the CLI version works, I would like a small tutorial on how I can:
- right click an image file in explorer,
- send to image-uploader-cli (what parameters for uploading the image to Imgur),
- copy link to clipboard,
- exit.
